This machine, owned by myself, has two simple modifications which have made an already a capable and versatile precision mill extremely slick and easy to use. Firstly, the machines main drive motor is inverter controlled making the spindle speeds infinitely variable up to 2000 rpm with the added convenience and safety of dc injection braking. Secondly, the table power feed, whilst retaining its beautifully made original operating mechanism and knock-out stop, is independently driven from a variable speed dc motor giving infinitely variable feeds and reversal of direction at the flick of a switch.
